1 Engr. (Dr.) Bankole Ilesanmi O. Managing Director Engineer (Dr.) Bankole Ilesanmi O. holds a Doctorate Degree in Civil Engineering with over 24 years of experience. A seasoned administrator and  an alumnus of the prestigious Oxford University SAID Business School from where he obtained a Certificate in Advance Management and Leadership Program (OAMLP) in 2010.

He is a member of professional bodies such as:

  • Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
  • Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE)
  • Nigerian Institute of Structural Engineers (M.N.I. Struct. E.)
  • American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)
  • Nigerian Institute of Highway Engineers, etc.
  • Fellow of Institute of Industrialists and Corporate Administrators (FIICA)
2 Engr. Kingsley Nwaonicha Project Director Engr. Nwaonicha commenced his engineering career in 1990 with vast experience in the Construction Industries. Having worked with various Engineering firms in different capacities before joining Preconsmith Construction Limited.  He is the Project Director, Operations and responsible for the management of the company’s operations in Nigeria.

He is a member of :

  • Council for the Regulation of Engineering In Nigeria (COREN)
  • Nigerian Society of Engineers
  • Executive Master’s Certificate in Project Mgt
  • Nigeria Association of Technologists in Engineering
3. Engr. Eihebholo, Humphery Ose Project Director Engineer Eihebholo Humphery Ose holds a Degree in Civil Engineering with several years of professional experience in Engineering design, construction supervision and project management in many fields of Engineering including Roads and Bridges, Building and Infrastructural Projects.
He is a member of:

  • Nigerian society of Engineers (M.N.S.E)
  • Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), etc.
4. Engr. Okeaya-Inneh Efosa Chief Engineer Efosa Okeaya-Inneh, holds a Degree in Civil Engineering with several years of cognate experience in the Engineering design, construction supervision and project management in many fields of Engineering including Roads and Bridges, Building and Infrastructural Projects.

He is a member of:

  • Council for the Regulation of engineering In Nigeria (COREN)
  • Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE)
